Tropical Key Lime Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of harmless harvest coconut water

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • ½ banana

  • 1 packed cup of spinach or mixed greens

  • 10 fresh mint leaves, more for garnish

  • Juice from 5 key limes

  • Zest from two key limes, more for garnish

  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Coconut shreds for garnish

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is reached.

3. Add smoothie to a glass, garnish with lime zest &coconut shreds

4. Enjoy!
